Assessment Appointment

Before beginning any Cold Laser Therapy sessions, every pet must first complete an Assessment Appointment to ensure the treatment is a safe and effective option.

This 20–30-minute visit allows me to:

  • Gently introduce your pet to the laser device

  • Assess their comfort level, behavior, and temperament

  • Review health history and target treatment areas

  • Determine if your pet is a good candidate for laser therapy.

if your pet qualifies for treatment, this fee will be credited toward your chosen package when booked within 7 days.

Your pet’s emotional and physical wellness always comes first. This required step helps us create a personalized, effective care plan that supports healing — without compromising trust or safety.

Maintenance Sessions for Ongoing Wellness

Cold Laser Therapy is most effective when delivered in a series, which is why all new clients begin with a treatment package tailored to their pet’s needs. After completing a package and establishing a positive response to therapy, individual maintenance sessions may be scheduled on an as-needed basis.

These sessions are reserved exclusively for returning clients and are designed to help manage chronic conditions, maintain comfort, and support long-term wellness. Availability is limited and scheduled based on your pet’s existing care plan.

What Is Cold Laser Therapy?

Cold Laser Therapy, also known as Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to stimulate healing in the body. The light energy penetrates soft tissue and promotes increased circulation, reduced inflammation, pain relief, and faster cellular repair. It’s completely pain-free, and many pets find the sessions soothing and relaxing.

Cold Laser Therapy is commonly used to support recovery from surgery, manage arthritis or joint pain, treat muscle sprains or strains, reduce swelling, and aid in the healing of wounds or skin conditions such as lick granulomas. It can also benefit pets dealing with neurological issues or mobility challenges related to aging.

Each session is short—typically lasting between 10 to 20 minutes—and completely customized to your pet’s condition, behavior, and tolerance. I offer these treatments in your pet’s home to minimize stress and provide the most comfortable experience possible. Whether your pet is healing from an injury or simply slowing down with age, Cold Laser Therapy offers a gentle, drug-free way to restore wellness and improve quality of life.
